Biography
About Last Night have been together since 2017, they draw influence from a wide range of different artists such as U2, 30 Seconds To Mars, Dua Lipa, One Republic, Bishop Briggs, The 1975, Lady Gaga, and Hans Zimmer to create stadium-style rock/pop anthems.
Capitalizing on their love of 80‘s pop/rock sonic signatures and modern-day pop anthems with ‘sing-along’ choral hooks, all reinforced by epic cinematic orchestral scores, describing their sound as 'augmented pop': a colourful palette of guitar-driven riffs, powerful vocal hooks and soulful harmony work all encompassed by a neon city of 80's and synthwave-inspired production.
The band consists of Emily Peacock (UK, Vocals), John Marques (U.K, Keyboards/Vocals), Euan Hamilton (U.K, Guitars), Franky Beauchesne (Canada, Bass/vocals) & Giuliano Francella (Canada, Drums).
Having held a residency at Lock Stock & Barrel for 2 years, About Last Night now headline at one of Dubai's hottest nightlife venues: Bla Bla where they entertain crowds every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
About Last Night have been nominated twice by both ‘What’s On’ and ‘Time Out’ publications for best band awards, and were given ‘Special Recognition’ by Time Out in 2021. They have performed at some of the most prestigious events in the Middle East playing for: Huda Beauty, Global Gift Foundation, What's On Awards, Rugby 7’s, All Saints, BOSE, Expo 2020, Coca Cola Arena, Middle East Events Awards and many more over the past 5 years.
About Last Night will be releasing their new single 'Rabbit Hole' in the 3rd quarter of 2022 which will be available, alongside previous releases: Joker & Before The Dawn, on all major streaming platforms.
